Questions
My order has shipped but has not arrived, where is it?
We can usually expect items sent by Cyprus Post to arrive within 10 to 15 business days from shipment. However, if after 15 days from the shipping date the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.
If the details provided are all correct, we will be able to take action on your behalf.
In order to rectify the non-delivery of your goods, we will take the following action:
- A refund will be processed to your credit card, which will be in lieu of the cost of your goods. Please note that your card issuer can take up to one month to process this back onto your credit/debit card.
- In order to get the missing items to you, a replacement order will be created, and a new order number will be generated. Your credit card will not be recharged for the cost of the goods dispatched. As this order has been manually placed on our system, you will not be able to track its progress via your account on the HAYASA Shop web site. However, if you wish for an update at any point, please email our Customer Service department via the web site.
Which system should You buy? PAL or NTSC?
All countries work on the PAL system including Europe, Middle East, Australia and South America except US and Canada, which requires the NTSC format for clear and better viewing of DVD's in their region.
Be careful to choose the correct system when you buy the DVD.
How can I return an incorrect or faulty item?

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them to the following address. Any postage costs can be refunded to the payment card. Be sure to detail these costs in your note.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order placed with us by signing in to your account and selecting "My Orders."
Here you can view the status of your order. Providing the goods have not shipped or are in the final stages of despatch, you can cancel your order. Should you cancel an order you will receive and email to notify you. You will not have been charged for any orders that are successfully cancelled.
